Participation conditions

• The Bank One Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Bank"), with its registered office at 16, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius, is offering this promotional offer (hereinafter the "Offer").
• The Offer is valid from May 20, 2024, to September 30, 2024 (inclusive).
• A draw will be conducted in October 2024 to select the winner.
• The winner will receive a travel gift package to BALI, PHUKET & BANGKOK as a prize, including airfare, and accommodation for two (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").

The Offer is valid only for adult individuals, residing in Mauritius.

• The Offer is open to:
• Bank One cardholders of the following cards: Mastercard Debit Platinum, Debit Business and Mastercard Credit Platinum, Credit World and Credit business.
• Any customer who effected card transaction, in Mauritius and/or abroad, during the promotional period only, is eligible to be selected from the draw subject to the criteria set out in these terms.
• The number of transactions made by a customer during the promotional period will be counted to determine the number of entries obtained by said customer. Card transactions will be counted at the level of the primary cardholder. Thus, transactions made on the supplementary card(s) will be added to transactions executed by the primary cardholder to determine the total number of transactions made.
• One (1) entry will be counted in favor of the customer for each payment made by card for a minimum spent of Mur 2,500 per transaction. (hereinafter "Eligible Payment").
• The recording of transactions made in Mauritius or abroad will be based on the settlement date of each transaction, i.e., the day the transaction is posted onto account.
• The winner will receive their Prizes in October 2024. Prizes cannot be sold, exchanged, or refunded.
• The current or savings account linked to a card must be in good standing and must not blocked or frozen, and managed appropriately and satisfactorily to the Bank’s satisfaction in case the account is voluntarily or involuntarily closed, terminated, or blocked, for any reason, before or after the promotion, the Bank reserves the right not to offer the Prize.
• The Bank’s employees, individuals under 18 years old, politically exposed persons, credit cardholders with payment delays or undergoing collection procedures with our legal department, as well as customers whose card account(s) are in the "collection" process, are not eligible for the Offer. This ineligibility criterion applies to primary and secondary cards, cards linked to a joint account, and cards linked to the bank employees' accounts.
• Operations carried out at automatic teller machines (ATMs), bank branches (any bank), financial institutions, casinos, as well as bets, will not be counted.
• The publication of the names and photos of the winners will only be done if each winner gives their prior written consent for this purpose. In the event that the bank does not obtain the winners' consent, the lottery numbers will be published in the press.
• The bank cannot be held responsible if the winners cannot claim the prize for a specific reason, or in case of a dispute regarding the application of these conditions.
• The draw to select the winners will take place at the headquarters of the Mauritius Turf Club, in the presence of a representative of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (hereinafter "GRA"). The bank will contact the winners by phone or, if unsuccessful, by letter sent to the customer's registered postal address available in our database. If the bank fails to contact a winner, that winner's lottery number will be published in the press, and it will be the winner's responsibility to contact the bank.
• Each winner will have a period of 6 months from the date of the draw to claim their Prize, in accordance with the regulations of the GRA in force in Mauritius.
• Participation in the Offer implies, for each participating customer, the unconditional acceptance of these conditions. Any violation of one or more of the articles of these conditions will result in the participant being deprived of the opportunity to participate in the Offer, as well as the benefit of any Prize they may have won.
• In case of disagreement with the above-mentioned terms and conditions, the Bank’s decision will be final and binding.
• The bank reserves the right to review and modify these conditions unilaterally.
